The plate on the door frame of the truck says....H53J003913....it is a Ford 3100 (?) about 1951 to 1955. Is it a 3/4 ton or a one ton? Appearance is like a 1/2 ton. I can't get the number to show up on vintage VIN sites. Thank you for any help.

the 53 should be the year .ifthe truck has 5 lug wheels it is a f100 or1/2 ton
