I have a chance at buying a '66 Chevelle Malibu but will have to ditch my '74 Camaro...any thought

So exactly what are you asking? Get rid of the 74 for the 66? I guess you should go for whatever car you like the most. If it was me, I'd keep the El Camino and I'm just saying that because I love El Caminos.
