The year stated on the title of your vehicle will dictate whether or not you can get antique tags. But you might want to double check with your DMV.

In my State (Illinois) if your car is 25 years or older you can get Antique Plates. I have Antique Plates on a 1972 Pro-Streeted Buick. Check with your State DMV for any restrictions regarding Antique Plates.
