There are several things that you can do to assure that your car is safe from the elements while storing. Here are a few tips and is no way a complete list. Cover the ends of the exhaust to prevent rodents or critters from making a home in the exhaust. Change the engine oil and oil filter. Drain and flush the radiator and then refill with new antifreeze. Clean the inside of the car, wax the paint and chrome, cover the car with a car cover or soft blankets.
