how would you go about getting titled for a car when your not sure if it has leins against.
My granny passed and no one can find the title to this car I would love to get it and restore it, but I'm not sure if it has leins and can't get to the vin #.

maybe check dmv where last licensed under grandmas name. Without a vin# it may be a tough go.
