finally got the 350 dropped into el camino had to put the headers in after the motor from the bottom. Everything worked good, thanks guys. Ran into a problem though the newer 350 early 90's with serpentine belt the power steering pulley is hitting the power steering box on the steering column. Thought about finding a smaller pulley or grinding down some of the steering box but don't know how thick the walls are. Any tricks or knowledge of what to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. P.S. about 1/4 of an inch or a little less would clear me between the two. Thanks again guys.

Look at a early 90s s10 box they fit in and are a little smaller. Your has the old style box the lower seal likes to leak any way. I swapped the boxes on my 1981 Elcamino any it worked for me. Goodluck

Fined different bracket's, you should not have to grind the gear box, not a good ideal.
