I have a 1968 Pontiac GTO and need to know what order number 754 on the order sheet represents.
Column # 75 has a 4 written in the manifest. Please advise.

If you haven't already you should order PHS documents on your vehicle.

I have the Pontiac Historic information and it shows box 75 with number 4 in it. The decoder only goes up to 73 though. Any help would be great.

Are you talking about Column #75 on the PHS report? If so, you might want to contact them for further clarification. Not everyone knows what is on a PHS document.
