You DO NOT ship anything until you have a verified wire transfer to your bank account. This means that you call your bank and they tell you that you have the funds in your account and that they are irrevesable.
Escrow accounts are ok use a trusted source available thru the resources on this site or Hemmings etc...
The buyer arranges the shipping as they are paying for it. You deliver the car to the shipper of the buyer. If the buyers shipper is a lond way from you the BUYER pays to truck the car to his shipper as well. Where are you sending the car? Be very careful with Italy Spain and a handful of others
Cheers

Yes it was easy. The best thing to do is open a savings account with a $5.00 deposit. Now give this info to your buyer to transfer the money into. When the money shows up in this account close the account and take out the cash. The money is your cleann and free. Keep in mind if you have a wire transfer into your normal account they now have all your info. Forget about any other way to go. My bank advised me to go this route and it worked very smooth. The buyer is responsible to get the car. You have the money and when you get cash release the car.
