assuming you lubricated the ball joints and tie rods properly, I'll bet the upper control arm bushings are dried out. This car is sprung from the upper control arm, and they used to squeak sometimes when they were only a couple year old. Note, if the squeak goes away when driving on rainy days, it's the bushings. An ilignment shop disassembling and lubricating and re-assembling is the only solution.

The factory suspensions on thes cars rareley had ( zurk ) fittings.Drag links, tyrod ends and center link .If shocks are old, shafts may be dry wurst case senirio steering box dry or worn out If these items are OK try front wheel bearings And dont forget A-arm bushngs, Go to a GOOD RElieable alingment shop and have these items checked out and get a good lube job.
