How many 1967 fairlane gt convertables were made with a 289 motor?
I have a 1967 fairlane gt convertable with a 289. Most of these cars came with a 390, but not all.
I have looked on line and everywhere i know to look, cant find the info.Does any one know where
i can find this out? THANKS

Hi,
So far all I can find is the total production #/ 2,117,but I will check into it more to see what i can find on the 289.

You will not find any exact breakdowns on bigblock vs small, Ford didnt keep track of that kind of thing.

Total series output was 41,249 units. Ford does not indicate the number of each model produced with 6s or V8s All production figures are total production of each body style with both engines:
54A 4dr sed 19,740
62A 2dr sed 10,628
71D 4dr st wag 10,861
