What is the ss body trim called located on the fenders of a 54 chev panel? I can't locate it online
This stainless is located on the rear of the front fenders and on the front of the rear fenders.This trim may be on earlier models also.

Is their three long skinny pieces or just one? Or, is it a large flat piece of stainless, kind of like a "Rock Chip" guard?

It is a wide piece with large flat grooves and landings. I'm like you on your "rock guard" but I haven't nailed it down yet. Thanks, valensage
