I'd say it's a 1941 Chevy Sedan Delivery.

Looks to be a 1941 Chevy. It is not a 1941-1947 Pontiac because they all had a large piece of chrome down the center of the hood.

I cannot tell if that a pickup or a car? It looks like the cab is really short, the back window seems close. I am guessing 47 Chev.
