After sitting for 30 seconds, it will start again and then stop again. Motor doesn't feel hot, can see air bubbles in the line. Are air bubbles the problem , how do I fix this?

The motor itself is probably going bad. Ive replaced many window regulator motors that acted the same way.
P.S. Fluid level is full
