I have a pristine 86 honda in show room condition but it is starting to give out early signs of oxidation. What do I do?

I use TurtleWax Polishing compound and scratch remover. It is a thin paste you rub on and wipe off before it drys. It will only remove light scratches and scuffs. I would not recommend using a power buffer, elbow grease.
