Does anyone know what a Crosley Neon Sign would be worth? New Old Stock-no transformer.

Can you be a bit more descriptive, size, shape, lettering, condition etc. These original signs are very rare, I have seen a few reproductions, but not an original.

The size is 27" x 10 1/2" dated 03/11/1948 with a patent number next to it. It is red glass with white framing. It is still attached to the shipping box with fine wire and foam rubber cushion. It has the installation card attached to it.
I purchased it years ago from a chevrolet dealership who I believe his father at one time sold Crosey cars . I am preparing the package for shipping and plan to sell it on ebay, but don't know what to put as a minimum bid? I am almost afraid to ship it for fear of breakage. When I purchased this sign, there was also an International sign but that was broken...

It’s really anybody’s best guess what something like that is worth! I doubt there were many made but on the other hand, how many Crosley fans are there, sometimes the rarest pieces don’t bring as much as the main-stream items.

The only true way to find out is to open it up for offers or auction.
