Because G.M. Brass had their heads up their A$$,when they saw the raw #'s coming in years ago on pickups ,and the S-10, John Moss should have gone full steam ahead,but no they spent three years playing with a concept car toured the country wetting everyones appetite ,and then decided it would not fly .( DUMB)
Thats one of the reasons they are in the red right now
