the idle surges about 50 to 75 rpm on 3.0 carb engine. thanks in advance Rich.

Vacum leak very small replace all line first.
Have you checked into any of the following? Clogged Fuel Filter...........Fuel Injectors need cleaning.........Time to replace the Air Filter...........
