I have a 352 in my Galaxie now but was offered a rebuilt 390 out of a 73 F100....Can I use my cruiseomatic transmission? Do I need to change mounts? Any mods?

Since both are FE engines (same engine family-390 is just a later version of the 352), just do the swap. All mounts, accessories, transmission, etc will bolt right on.
