48 Chev 4dr Fleetline- Brake master cyl. ?
Still have 48 brake master cyl, should this be replaced if keep 48 brake shoes?

Depends largely on the theme you want to stick with. If original is what you are after I would keep an original style master cylinder or possibly rebuild your original with a honing tool and new plungers.
However, you could purchase a newer style, double reservoir master cylinder and retrofit it to your vehicle. This would of course give you a greater piece of mind on those quick stops!

Dman(17) thanks for info. I would like to keep close to original, but want safety also. I'll check out which newer cyl may fit.
