Want to install v8, auto, and good suspension. Should i bite the bullet and order a Morrison ready to go? what is first step? I assume disassemble, body work and chassis work then engine and put body back on?

48 chevy is right here. you need to know what your degree of building is. very good deal is the convert. you can put a front clip on it or mustang 11 front suspension. no need to go to big expense of new frame tci or any other if what you got is good. unless your going to keep the car forever you need to do the best work for the least money or you will eat it when you sell. good luck
this depends on your skill level and how much you can spend do you have welding and fabrication skills or not put 84 corvette suspension on my 48 with 12 bolt rear end with ladder bars and coil over shocks all around progressive automotive in columbius ohio has the crossmember for the front or complete set ups drum to drum engine mounts a easy to make trans crossmember will need to be modified or new one made go online and search for more info
