Did Cadilac make a 1972 convertable? I'm not talking about the Eldo just the devilles

No convertible was available for the Deville models in 1972, only for the Eldorado's.
The DeVille came as a 4 door sedan (99,531 produced) or a 2 door coupe (95,280 produced).

I agree, none were made from the factory. I believe some were produced aftermarket from the coupe 2 door models.

No. Just the Eldorado in 1972. I have a 1970 DeVille convertible.
