Buying a 69 caprice and the code on the block is TO928LC. I know the LC means a 390hp 427 but what do the rest of the numbers and characters mean? Thanks, John

i believe it is towanga ,ny sept 2 of 1968 location and date made.lc 427-390=hp th400 trans 4b carb
