MOTOR MOUNT ,TRANS ,EXAUST, RAD,AND THE 6 VOLT -12VOLT CHANGE ARE THINGS THAT NEED TO BE CHANGED .FORD MAKES SEVERAL DIFFERENT PANS FOR 351 ENGINE .SOME WOULD BE CLOSE TO FITTING BUT A FINAL MEASURING WOULD BE NEEDED TO SAY FOR SURE.
