Engines available on the 69 F100 were as follows:
Standard - 240 cid 6 cylinder - 150 hp
Optional - 300 cid 6 cylinder - 170 hp
Optional - 390 cid V8 - one rated at 315 hp and the other at 335 hp

300 CID Straight-6 1967-72 170 hp
360 CID FE V8 1968-72 215 hp
390 CID FE V8 1968-72 255 hp
