It has the 390 motor and 3 speed hydro in it . I heard a TH350 will "bolt up" but dont know all the details.
Would like to go with a 200r4 or 700r4.

62 Caddy transmissions can be exchanged with
Cadllac 1962-1963
Cadillac 1964 all models with hydra. trans. (not turbo)
Cadillac 1959-60 fit to block and crankshaft and have same ext. hsg. and output shaft, but case is different.
