I cannot offer any personal experience with any of these companies, but have heard about them from others. Feel free to check into them:

I would say i can do it but i'm in Michigan i do that work all the time i got a fullframe under a 1952 chevy 2 door coupe it is done right but if you do find someone around you it will cost around 1,000 dollars to have it done right it is a good sub-frame to use for your truck i used a Monte carlo SS frame for my 52 but anyway good luck you might have to get a drive shaft made because your front tire should be center of wheel well when it is done right take a look at my 52 you will see wheels are under car and center.
