This is in no way shape or form the correct answer. I'm a little foggy when it comes to Canada VIN decodes, but here's a shot.
6 = year = 1966
1 = make = Chevrolet
64 = model = Impala
63 = body style = ?
00988 = production sequence or the first 0 can actually be a O which is the production plant O-Built in Oshawa, Ontairo
