I have a 66 hard top that has an unusual build tag and am curious where I can find more about it. I have scoured the net and cant find one like it anywhere. I have attached a few pics for reference.Any help would be greatly appreciated

ok so I did a little better on the photos. The red box is what I am curious about and looking to figure out what it means.
