A salvage yard should be able to supply you with the parts desired, although not every yard is going to have that exact make/model, it may take calling a few. You can find a reference list of Salvage Yards here:

Many places to choose from for reproductions.... Lutty's, Hubbards, Impala Bob's, Harmon's, Eckler's. Most probably come from the same manufacturer, so you can price shop.
