After rebuilding the front clip & updating a lot of the old parts I am now putting everything back together but i have forgotten the proper location for the stock horn. i know that it goes on the rad support and i believe it was on the drivers side on the out side of the engine compartment on the support. But unsure of the exact location?

The horn mounts just to the right of the radiator, on the outside of the core support and towards the top. You should see a mounting hole for the screw and a slot next to the screw hole for the bend in the horn bracket to go into.

The original location is mounted to the wheel well on the engine side of the radiator support, clear down at the bottom. Like the sound might shoot thru the radiator. In the 80's sometime, Chevy moved it to the outer side of the radiator support, up high + to the left of the radiator opening; and added a 2nd horn over by the battery in parallel.
