The buyer says he is off shore marine engineer and can only use PayPal and he will have to send the money to us so that we can pay for the transport cost since he can't do that from off shore. Doesn't sound right to us.

click on his id that will tell where the buyer is from .personally I would be very cautious ,only exact amounts and no shipping for 30 days after payment to let money come through for sure . have sent parts to Europe with no problem.
