Hey all anyone got a good person in Columbus who can weld a cracked manifold for my Chevy Fleetline?

Thank you for the tips I found a company in C-bus called: Tropical Welding 1359 E 5TH AVE Columbus, OH 43219 (614) 252-6920 The receptionist was very knowledgeable and she was professional on the phone. They were willing to give it a shot I did not realize how tricky cast iron was. If this doesn't work I'll try a replacement part.

The best route would probably be to braze it, if you find a welding shop. Brazing does not require as much heat, it does not get to the melting point of the cast iron. As an amateur, I did a good job filling an exhaust manifold bolt hole, then redrilling it, and retapping it (on the output side of the manifold). You have to use a special flux made for cast iron brazing for sure, and maybe special brazing rod. Try to find a shop that works with cast iron. I'd give it a spin for free, but I live in California (-:
