Multiple locations of the VIN # on my 64 Dodge Dart
I have located the VIN # on the left door jam and need other locations for the DMV.

I wasn't aware that there was multiple locations of the VIN on a Dodge, but then again I'm not Dodge expert.
VIN #'s should be stamped on a plate on the front door pillar on the left side.

If your DMV is requesting this information tell them to send someone over to find the other "hidden" locations, their might be a prize in it for them! They always think they know more because some manual tells them, their manuals are so generic, made to cover a huge range of cars and trucks. Ask them a Dodge Dart question, if they can answer it correctly without looking in a book then maybe their is multiple vin locations, otherwise, I would use the one stamped into your tag!!

If the DMV wants other unnecessary information, you can find the following info in the following locations:

Body plates - under the hood on fenders, cowl or radiator crossmember
(perhaps they are looking for the information contained on the body plate which would include body series and trim options plus paint colors, and so on)
Engine codes - stamped on the right side of most engines and the left side of some V8s

There should be a VIN stamped into the metal on your radiator core support,on the inner fenderwell and on the trunk rail(usually under the weather stripping.
