I am sure you could find some Corvette clubs in those two states online somewhere. Send them an email or contact the officers of the clubs and ask if they would mind sharing with their members what you are searching for. The Corvette people know where nearly every Corvette is located in a multi-state ring!

If you have the V.I.N. take it to your local D.M.V. and they should be able to give you the last registered owner,s name. Try www.lost-car-registry.com You may also want to try a local used car dealer that is linked to Car Fax ,and for $25.00 they can run that V.I.N and see who comes up as the current owner.
