When the car stalled, the gas was low so I think the fuel filter may be clogged or a problem with the fuel filter. Thanks

if filter clear, have someone cramk engine over with a catch can to contain gas in coming out of line, if no flow go to tank side of fuel pump and disconnect and gently use air to blow back into gas tank with the gas cap removed, you shoul be able to tell if clear from air sound comingfrom filler nozzle on tank, reconnect line to fuel pump and try cranking over to see if any gas comes out of line to carb-may take a few turns of engine, if no flow fuel pump would be my suggestion for replacement,if do replace pump make sure to install holding bolt from front of engine to hold pump rod that runs off camshaft lobe before pulling off pump, will save a lot off frustration installing new pump.

You will know that it is clogged if you cannot blow air through it. Clean it dry it and press it to your lips and blow. Your breath should flow through it easily. If you have back preasure swap it out. Cheers.
