I'm trying to finish my fathers 1962 Ford Galaxie Convertible, and I am looking for original looking seat covers and door panels, on a limited budget so unfortunately do not have a lot to spend! how about a local company in the State of Washington?

SMS Fabrics in Oregon should have the original vinyl you need. I have used them before for a Pontiac and the color was exact.
