Can anyone tell me what a 1941 Packard 180 Labaron in rough shape but in-tact is worth.

What does "rough shape" mean. You need to provide more details and a picture if you need help with pricing. It's difficult enough as it is to price classic cars, but with little or no information, it nearly makes it impossible.
