If you don't have the E.C.M. that was in the car-truck you took the engine & trasmission out of ........A BUNCH !

I have the same engine and tranny in my 54. I took mine to a transmission place where the man rewired the transmission and I did not use the vacuum part that mounts on the inner fender. Mine runs perfect.
