I HAVE A 1955 CADDY CONVERTIBLE TOP. WHAT I WAS TOLD ANYWAY. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TELL FOR SURE??
NEED TO KNOW HOW TO TELL THE YEAR OF A CONVERTIBLE TOP FOR A CADILLAC.THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!

actually,i was going to see if i was right.......check the 4 answers before myself.
but i have been told in the past by mechanic's and vehicle restorer's that usually you can check the tail lights,
they used to put the year of the vehicle on the tail lights if they are the original's. i was told this back in the 70's.
i have found that not alway's true these days,but used to always be true.
