I think I may own the Cadillac you want. I have a beautiful 84 Cadillac convertible.
Not really sure where one lives. I have heard that when Hess quite making these conversions someone bought out all of their parts stock. Cadillac did not make any convertibles in this time frame. H&E bought the cars and did convertible conversions on them so they are quite rare. Try ebay and the cadillac clubs.
