I built a 1939 plymouth 4 door street-rat rod. I have owned this car for about 15 years. I lost the body number tag that went on the door during my last move to Kansas. It has been titled in Arkansas and Oklahoma where it is not titled, using the old motor which is no longer. What are my options? I have never had this problem with any of my cars.
