If you have a smoke wrench and a welder with ability you can make anything fit anything..
It would take more work than the advantage of having it under your car would be worth,just my opinion.
If you like doing the fabrication ,it may not be that big of a deal for you,just make sure you take a lot of measrements,do some outlines in chalk on the garage floor,remember measure twice ,cut once !
