My parts and owners manual show an automatic choke option for the 1934 doge stromberg carberator.... I have never seen one on the car and have never found one forsale
I do have the part number but have been unable to make use of it... can anybody help... I belong to the dodge brothers club and have struck out there as well

Not much help with a direct answer to your questions but if you haven't already, you could try a couple of the following options:
oldride has a Truck Resource page for Dodge and you might be able to find your answers there -
www.oldride.com/directory/index.html
You can try these sites -

Please let me know what size eng, model, and is it a one or two bbl. carb. Do you have a manual choke now? Where is it located? I have classic Stromberg carburetor cores . With needed information, I can chk. to see if I have a used auto/choke strom. carburetor. Have you considered an elec. choke replacement for a hot air choke, hopefully I have this core. Are you trying to stay OEM?
