I am restoring a 1965 Ford Galaxy 500 with a 390 4speed. I need clutch parts.
I bought this car from a junkyard and the z bar and spring didnt make it home with me. I have called all over the US looking for these parts and had no luck.
I am willing to either buy or borrow the correct z bar as I could have one made if we had one to go by. As far as the spring I guess I will just have to keep
looking. Why does no one make these reproduction parts? Is there another Ford that would have the same z bar and spring as the Galaxy? I was told the
dimensions of the spring are 2.5" OD and 3" long if that helps. My contact number is 828-424-2078.
