Changed oiland filter added little mystry oil.. Could it be the oil sending unit

if your oil pressure checks low with a manual gauge you need main bearings. time to do a reuild.
yes it could, but before you start throwing parts at it...check the physical pressure with a mechanical guage. Screw the mechanical in the same location the sending unit goes and verify oil pressure
