This article was written a couple of years ago and unfortunately I donate my old car magazines to the Boy's and Girl's club... I don't need the whole magazine just a printable version and preferably at no cost. S.A.E. magazine charges for these things and I haven't been able to locate it on the Web. Thanks, K.O.A.
