I may not have your exact answer, just my opinion. Any of the "old" v-8 are worth rebuilding, it is a question of do you want to rebuild it? I have a number of older engines around just waiting for the right application and they will spring to life. They are getting harder to find, but parts are still readily available and reasonable. May I ask, are you gonna use it in the Omega? And if not what are you considering as the alternative...it may not be as much fun as a fresh 350 rumbling under your foot and knowing YOU made it all possible. I have always thought that even if the "Rocket 350" isn't the greatest engine ever built (what is???) it HAS to have one of the greatest nicknames. The original gold paint, which they only painted them from 68 thru 74. and the rocket 350 decal also gives it a look of... well...ready to race! Have fun!!!
